So, point being, my weekend was pretty jam packed. Friday night I hung out with David since he was leaving for a week. Saturday, I did laundry, took Milo to the vet (regular check up) and then volunteered at the Round Rock Express game for the Fans From Fan Drive. We collected fans from RR Express fans and gave them tickets to the game. It was loads of fun! It was blazingly hot outside, but good to volunteer.
Then, Saturday night I was supposed to hang out with Patrick George, but he canceled on me :( So, instead, I went home and started watching Star Wars: A New Hope. I had been craving to watch this movie for a while now, so it was nice to realize my desire.
Sunday morning, I went to church and became on official member of University Presbyterian. I got to flash my bling in front of the whole congregation when they mentioned that I was going to get married in the church. After that, I had a very long lunch with my mentor, Alora. She gave me great tips and some good blogs/people to watch in my field. Hopefully, I can learn even more about journalism.
After that lunch, I went home and watched Empire Strikes Back. Suddenly, I was bothered by something that I've never thought about. Now, I've seen Empire Strikes Back about 50 times. And, although I've always noticed that the Stormtroopers have special snow outfits (see below), I never thought about it fully until Sunday.
Suddenly, I realized that they have these special outfits, but they don't have special outfits for when they are on Endor. I mean, their outfit is slightly different, but shouldn't it be camo? I mean, you're in the dense forest of Endor, building the Death Star. You were prepared enough to come to the snowy planet of Hoth with weather protective gear but don't have camo paint? All you have is a speeder bike (see below)
Debate? Should the stormtroopers have special Endor gear?
