Well, for the second time in a month, I will go eat food at Chedd's. This might be one of my favorite new places EVER.
What is Chedd's you ask?
It's a gourmet grilled cheese restaurant. That's right, peeps, GOURMET grilled cheese. With over 30 different types of cheeses, including such exotic types like Dill Havarti, Horseradish Havartie with Chives, Pesto Jack, Wild Morel and Leek Jack and Gruyere, this place is heaven. They have themed sandwiches or you can make your own. They also sell tomato soup, simply for dipping purposes. There are only three locations nationwide (one of which is here and two are in Colorado) and I plan to visit them all one day. It was one of the first times in my life that I've looked at a menu and had NO CLUE what I wanted to choose because it ALL looked DELICIOUS! Needless to say, I want to take everyone there. It's just so wonderful.
Tonight is the second preseason game for the Cowboys. Normally, I don't give a crap about preseason football (like anyone who likes a team who will win in REGULAR season) but I really want to see the Cowboys new stadium. If you haven't seen this thing yet, check it out.
