Your epidermis is showing

So, this title has nothing to do with anything except for the fact that I miss being a child. I'm paying bills, having to pay for vacations, having to pay, pay, pay. My bank account stays at a constant 4 digits, which I suppose is better than some. However, it's kind of unnerving. I'm also saving like a crazy person. I calculated it, and every month I save about 10% of my earnings (usually a little more, but holiday months seem to drag money out of me). At least I'll be rich when I need to retire...however that doesn't really help me now.

Last night was the glorious Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-list night. My vegetable curry actually went really well. It had just the right amount of kick in the dish and the vegetables seemed to go with it really well.

I cannot be more glad that it's the weekend. I'm shaking with anticipation for NYC. I planned out a few more of our days up there. I want to go to the Met, because I haven't been there since I was, gosh, 16? Also, I found out that if you bring your Student ID with you (no matter what school) you get a "pay as much as you can" price. So, if you only have one dollar on you, get into the Met for the entire day for $1! It's freaking awesome. I wouldn't pay less than $5, though. That would just be tacky. And for those of you confused how I still look like my ID, well, I look 12. So, I'm in!
