Happy Birthday, Tim!

Now, I'm about to blow your mind.

A year ago today, my little car "Tim" (the name came from the middle of ALTIMA) was purchased. I still love my 2007 Nissan Altima. Gorgeous silver, great interior and who can resist the push-start ignition. So, today I get into work and I have an email from Town North Nissan in Austin wishing my car it's first birthday. Now, here's where I shock the crap out of you.

My very good friend, Tim, who sits right across from me at work, came in today in a very good mood. It's his birthday today. That's right, my good work friend, Tim, and my reliable, gas-efficient car, Tim, share the same birthday. Incredible.

Today I did a lot at work. I'm trying to get Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's duties all done before the end of the day tomorrow. So far, I'm done with today's, tomorrow's, half of Wednesday's and Thursday's.

We went to Barton Springs this weekend. I swear to God it gets colder every time I go there.

I also went to see Wall-E. It was adorable. And, though I hate the word, incredibly heartwarming. It's a love story, but in a realistic way. Also, there's no dialogue for the first thirty or so minutes, but you don't even notice. Unlike in Unbreakable, my second least favorite movie next to Snake Eyes. My only complaint about the movie, is Wall-E looked too much like Short Circuit (the marvelous 80's movie with STE-PHAN-IE needing to give him input). Picture comparison below...you decide.

I want to see Wall-E so badly. And Brett loved your Tim story.

No, a file picture was taken. It's true. However, it's exactly the same. Well, minus that sideswipe on my front driverside bumper. freakin' small statesman parking spaces...
