Running like a fiend

Well, as I previously mentioned, I am currently training for a half-marathon. You know, because I'm not busy enough.

Yesterday, David and I kicked major butt on the running track outside. We ran 4 miles. FOUR MILES! That's huge for me. I know that most of my readers are super in shape, but for us fatties, that was a huge accomplishment. Just thought I would mention the milestone. The half-marathon seems doable now. :)

P.S. I'm not even that sore today, which is great!

Well, if you're a fatty then I'm like a quadruple fatty. There's no way I could run 4 miles. Good for you!
