Bed? Bath? OK, more like beyond

So, I was talking to David last night about our registry at Bed, Bath and Beyond. And suddenly, it hit me.

How come Bed, Bath and Beyond does not sell beds or baths? We would love a new mattress. However, none of the other registries we have will let you register for one. I find this in itself annoying, but then I realized...

The name itself bothers me. Bed, Bath and Beyond? I mean, at least Linens 'n Things was descriptive AND accurate.

So, if we were to rename Bed Bath and Beyond, what should we call it?

I always liked Linens n' Things better anyway. They sell stuff for your bed and for your bath...which I guess is their reasoning behind naming the store that, but you're right - it is misleading.

I think it should be called "The Home Section of Target" or "Stuff for Your House + Lots of Cool Gadgets" yeah, something like that.

Janessa, I enjoy both of those options. I like "The Home Section of Target"

Ashley - I only like Bed Bath and Beyond better because they would match coupons you found at Linens n' Things. Whereas when you took Bed Bath and Beyond coupons to Linens 'n Things and they would just laugh at you for trying. Customer service - point BB&B. Or THSOT, as Janessa would like to call it. :)
