They were high school sweethearts and have been dating for seven years! It's crazy to think about dating someone that long, but they really have been dating that long. No break ups. No big fights. They had smooth sailing from the beginning and they really are soul mates.
The wedding was very nice. David and I sat at a table with no one we knew, but everyone was really sweet and we had loads of fun. We even took a table 13 picture at the end of the night.
We danced and the DJ was appropriately corny. The couple that had been married the longest at the wedding has been married 39 years. The DJ made the "oldest" couple dance with Katie and Brian and that was really romantic.
Overall it was a lovely time and I'm glad we could attend.
