What's the conversion for running on an elliptical versus running outside?
Does this mean, I ran, like, .5 miles outside? That's what I'm thinking because I'm not dead. And when I tried to run a mile outside one time, I nearly died. Granted, I live on Far West which has pretty damn crazy hills. Sometimes I felt like Milo was just pulling me up them. Also, the heat is deadly.
Either way, I'm super proud. I'm going to keep working out in the mornings, as I like coming home and cooking dinner. Cooking Light might be my new inspiration for EVERYTHING. I can't afford the magazine, but that's OK as I just look up the recipes online. They are mostly easy to cook.

that's what i'm worried about. i am training on a treadmill so does that mean when i actually do the 10k, i'll go about 24 feet and be spent?
I think so. But I think it depends on how hot it is when the 10K happens. Like, if it's mild outside, then you're probably fine.
I feel like you need to train twice as far as a normal person just to guarantee it.
I have a subscription to Cooking Light. If you do it that way, it's a whole lot cheaper than buying it off the stand.
