Now, I don't think the title of this blog entry should shock any of you who read it. David and I are pretty huge sports fans. Well, no better testament to this than in Denver.
Since moving here a month ago, we've been to two Colorado Rockies games and are going to a Denver Nuggets playoff game tonight. We aren't Rockies fans and certainly are not Nuggets fans. But, we love the sport so much that we decided to go anyway and take advantage of the in-city stadiums.
I think one of my favorite parts of the sports arenas in Denver is that they are so incorporated into the downtown area. See interactive map below that I made (dork-moment)where the icons show the teams and where they play and yellow house is our house:

Not only is it exciting that the venues are so close, but Denver also has public transportation that will get you there. So what does that mean? Well, that means those $8-a-piece beers just got a lot more attractive!
So, when you come to visit, we will go, most likely, to at least one sporting event! And for Christine, we will drink. A lot.

Denver does have everything, which is great, since we like going to sporting events too. :) I'm glad it makes you happy.
