Exciting Day

Well, today our food writer is retiring, so we had a huge barbecue lunch in her honor. I'm pretty sure I've only talked to her twice, but eating her barbecue was awesome. Too bad I had brought my lunch. I'll just save it for tomorrow.
Last night I started writing letters to my relatives to update them on my life. I try to do this about 4 times a year because it usually results in some money. I'm poor. I'll admit it.
Usually I don't work overtime because I try to spend some time with my boy. However, after seeing how much money I can make by working it more often, I think I might volunteer more often.
I'm wearing yellow today. I only own this yellow shirt. That's it. I don't usually look good in the color.
Milo is at daycare today, playing with dogs. I'm sure he's having a blast. I'm jealous of his freedom sometimes.
Today I also got to observe how they do videos here. I'm 99% sure I have WAY more experience than the guy doing it right now, so hopefully once this fellowship is done, I'll get to keep that up.

Anywho, I'm going to be sad when this fellowship ends, but I've learned so much, it'll be useful to have.

I cooked a lasagna for the first time ever last night. It actually worked out really well. I brought the leftovers today for lunch because I forgot about the celebration luncheon. So, it'll have to last until tomorrow.
